Linking with CMS Data

The LTC Data Cooperative participates in the NIA Data LINKAGE program. Researchers who have approved research proposals to use the LTC Data Cooperative can also gain access to CMS data for individuals with SNF or Assisted Living EHR data that are successfully matched to CMS records. The years of available CMS data are in this document.
