Town Halls

The LTC Data Cooperative team holds quarterly town hall meetings that bring together providers enrolled in the LTC Data Cooperative and researchers. At each meeting, we invite researchers with current or prospective projects to attend and ask for provider feedback to help plan a study or interpret results. Attending Town Halls can help researchers meet the expectation for engaging providers, as described in their application.

Real World Data Scholars

The Real World Data Scholars Program is a 1-year mentored training experience led by the NIA IMPACT Collaboratory in partnership with the LTC Data Cooperative. This program is designed to build practical skills and professional networks for early-career investigators, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students interested in using real-world data to improve care of people living with dementia and care partners. Each scholar will complete a mentored research project focused on developing and/or validating measures capable of being applied to clinical trials within nursing homes and assisted living communities.
